Our Staff

Bill Hanley
Our head chef, Bill, has been delighting guests at breakfast, dinner, and every Friday at the cookout, with his delicious cuisine for over 17 years. His brother Paul worked in the kitchen alongside Bill for 15 years and died last August. You can read his eulogy here.

Ellie Porta
Having grown up at the Inn, Ellie can preform any duty required of her. Currently, however, she spends most of her time in the kitchen, the bakery, and the dining room. In addition, her art can been seen hanging on the walls of the Inn.

Dining Room
Donna, Molly, Amanda, Sarah, and Kiera will greet you at breakfast and dinner, as well as at the Friday lobster cookout.

Front Desk
If Ona isn't at the front desk to greet you, Carol or Laura will be.

Grounds and Laundry
Andrew will be out and about making sure that the grounds around the Inn are well taken care of, and Anne will keep the gardens looking beautiful. Dana will be working in Stone's Throw, making sure that all of your sheets and towels are clean and fresh.

Kitchen
In addition to Bill and Ellie, our kitchen staff includes Craig, Denise, and Kristy, as well as Laura Nickerson who will be guest baking two days a week.

Maids
Ruth, Ellen, Judith, Dani, and Kristy are hard at work every morning to make sure that your cottage is spick and span.
