RATES FOR CHILDREN
Once the minimum rate for a cottage has been satisfied, the rate for children is as follows:

1-3 years of age ............ $55.00 each
4-6 years of age ............ $85.00 each
7-12 years of age ............ $115.00 each
The minimum rate for each cottage is based on the number of bedrooms in that cottage.

The rates quoted are per person per day, Modified American Plan and maid service.

Check-in time is between 3-6 pm. Please call ahead to make other arrangements. Check out time is 10:30 am.

These rates do not include 7% sales tax* or 15% gratuity which are additional
* May increase to 8.5% following June referendum.

OFF SEASON RATES
June and Septtember
For stays less than one week, please deduct $10 / person / day.

WEEKLY RATES
June 13-July 17 and Sept. 6-19,
deduct $15/per person/per day.
July 17-Aug. 7 and Aug. 28-Sept. 6,
deduct $10/per person/per day.
Aug. 7-28, deduct $5/per person/per day.

RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE MADE IN ADVANCE especially for July and August vacations.

 

The amount of deposit is half the cost of your stay. This deposit guarantees for you that we will hold the space as outlined in the reservation, and for us that you will guarantee to take the entire period booked.

 

If a cancellation is received 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival time, we will return the deposit, less $50 service charge. For rooms at the inn we require 30 days notice of cancellation. On a last minute cancellation, we will return the deposit only if the entire period is filled. (Rates may be subject to change.)

 

If you must shorten your stay, you will be charged for the entire period of the original reservation unless we receive a 30 days notice of the change, or are able to fill the space.
