Since
1911, Rock Gardens Inn has offered a unique vacation to its guests.
Located on its own peninsula, there are water views that range from
a tranquil cove to a working harbor to spectacular sunsets over the
open ocean. The grounds are filled with flowers, cultivated in our gardens

Guests stay in one of ten cottages on the property, or at the Inn (see
Rates link for cottage list and rates.) Breakfast and dinner are served
daily and our weekly lobster cookout has become a tradition at Rock
Gardens. The cottages have living rooms with fireplaces, all stocked
with wood, private baths and sunporches or decks. |

On the grounds there is an outdoor heated pool and croquet
and there are kayaks for guests' use. A series of art workshops are offered
in the early and latter parts of the summer. Nearby one can find golf,
tennis and boat trips. Rock Gardens Inn is conveniently located near Popham
Beach and within an hour's drive of Freeport, Portland and Wiscasset. |
